Professional Equipment

You should be comfortable and proficient with the professional camera equipment you use.

We are looking for photographers who use a DSLR or mirrorless professional camera system — not mobile phones or tablet devices. Image quality, depth of field control, and lens compression are essential to our work.

We do not care about the brand of your equipment or how many lenses you own. We care about the quality, consistency, and professionalism of the images you produce.

Lens & Depth of Field

• A portrait lens (such as an 85mm or similar focal length) is preferred.

• Please avoid wide-angle distortion in portraits.

• Shallow depth of field is important for isolating the subject and creating a flattering look.

Lighting

• Natural light is preferred.

• Use of a reflector or on-camera fill flash with diffuser is encouraged when needed.

• Clear, well-lit eyes are extremely important in online dating photography — expression and connection matter.

File Delivery

• All images must be shot in RAW.

• Deliver 20–25 top images per outfit within 48 hours.

Wardrobe Changes

Many of our photographers bring a small changing tent. Indoor privacy may not always be available at location shoots, and clients appreciate having a comfortable option for wardrobe changes. It also helps maximize shooting time.

Compensation

• $500–$600 per session (depending on scope/location)

• Clients are provided

• No editing required – we handle post production

• Payment issued within a few days of RAW upload
