“Most people don't get good pictures the usual way photographs are taken,” says Andrew. “You stand in an unnatural pose and hold a forced smile while you wait for the photographer to fuss with the settings on the camera, and afterwards wonder why the flash didn't go off. No wonder the result looks wooden and forced.”
Andrew chooses instead to work with available light, using features of your home or neighborhood to find backgrounds that have personality. “We'll talk and laugh - I'm focused on you, not my camera - and the result is a natural, comfortable portrait.”
