Photography was always a hobby for John, and he won his first photography award while completing a Music Composition degree at Michigan State University. After a brief stint as a web and graphic design instructor, John spent five years as a Senior Media Designer. In 2006, he opened a small design and photography studio in Lansing's Old Town.

John is a pretty upbeat guy and his personality is usually enough to make people feel comfortable.
